Il commento della band:
“Questa è stata la prima canzone che abbiamo scritto per Seething Malevolence’. In realtà era la title track, ma non ci sembrava giusta. Ha stabilito il tono per il disco. Lo scopo della canzone è quello di trasmettere alle persone che il mondo in cui viviamo non è sicuro. Le persone che pensiamo siano qui per tenerci al sicuro sono difettose e corrotte come chiunque altro. Le persone nella religione, nella politica o in qualsiasi luogo di potere sono davvero lì perché hanno le mani sporche di sangue, letteralmente o metaforicamente. Le stesse persone di cui ci fidiamo per tenerci al sicuro sono le stesse pronte a mangiare i nostri cadaveri quando avranno finito finito con loro.”
Mentre la band è conosciuta per un suono che prende a piene mani dall’East Coast death metal e da band come Internal Bleeding e Scattered Remnants, “Seething Malevolence” si espande a suoni più sperimentali e inaspettati, rifrangendo l’amore della band per band come Napalm Death o Full of Hell. Already known for their furious live show, sharpened by recent North American touring with labelmates, Frozen Soul and Sanguisugabogg, as well as experimental hardcore legends, Integrity, VOMIT FORTH’s name has cemented itself into the U.S. extreme metal landscape. The self-produced Seething Malevolence, which was mixed and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Ghostmane and features U.S. noisemonger, Prurient on the opening track, “Untitled”, is a clear next step. The band’s prior demos, collected on 2019’s Maggot Stomp issued Northeastern Deprivation won the band raves in the underground and the attention of Century Media.
